*HOLIDAY HOME - DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY*
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the property can be re-let for the same dates and at the same rate. If the property is successfully re-let, any refund due will be made asap. We recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
